Will the EB-1 application grant me a green card if successful?

You can file for Adjustment of Status upon approval of your I-140, and get a Green Card at the end of a successful process.

Will my immediate family be able to get a green card with me?

Your spouse and children can be named on the application and can receive the green card status with you if your case is approved.

What is the processing time?

It changes vastly. Generally we have seen approvals for less than 2 months, but also as long as 2+ years.

What do you charge for personal consulting?
